The Captain and the Chef look forward to welcoming you to Das Spätzle Haus. They hand-make their fresh herb Spätzle (egg noodle) with a traditional German recipe. Enjoy your Spätzle with one of their two toppings: Traditional Swiss Emmentaler Cheese with Caramelized Onions or Wild Mushroom Cream sauce with Pickled Purple Cabbage. Their offerings are all vegetarian, and they provide a lactose free option with their Spätzle sautéed in olive oil and topped with caramelized onions. They also offer frozen Spätzle that you can take home and prepare as you like. All Spätzle dishes are served with a delicious Gurkensalat (German cucumber salad).
