Bon Macaron Patisserie offers a vast and ever-changing variety of sweet and savory macarons, made with the finest ingredients. Macarons consist of two meringue shells made out of egg whites and powdered almonds and have various fillings. With locations in Victoria and Granville Island, Bon Macaron Patisserie is devoted to creating France’s most elegant and fun dessert: the macaron. We opened the doors of our French macaron patisserie in Downtown Victoria in December 2012, before expanding to Vancouver with 2 new stores in 2015. We moved our Kitsilano kitchen over to Granville Island in 2020 and are now fully based on Granville Island with a bigger kitchen and a dedicated workshop area! With now over 50 flavors ranging from the traditional to the most creative sweet & savory, a new flavor once a week, and a classroom to learn all our secrets, everyone will find something to their taste!
