Ticket Terms & Conditions
Tickets are valid for a specific date and 30-minute arrival window, selected at checkout. Arrive within your window for smooth entry — once inside, stay as long as you like. If you miss your window, you’re welcome to join the line for the next available time slot, capacity permitting.
Tickets can be exchanged for another available date or time for a service fee; entire orders must be exchanged together. Temporary exchange credits are valid for one hour and can only be used toward tickets of equal or greater value. Complimentary or transferred tickets aren’t eligible, and all sales are final — there are no refunds.
General Admission tickets don’t need to match the ticket holder’s name — no photo ID is required at the gate. Season Passes are different: the name on the pass must match a valid government-issued ID, and passes are non-transferable. Kids 6 and under are always free and don’t need a ticket.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, capacity is managed through timed entry, and re-entry isn’t permitted once you leave the Market. Outside alcohol, weapons, and other prohibited items aren’t allowed on-site. Service animals are welcome; other pets are not.
