Ticket Validity

Tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Re-sale or unauthorized duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited and invalidates the ticket.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued or honored.

Admission is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations, and venue rules (“The Rules”).

Season Passes

Season Passes are non-transferable. A government-issued ID may be required for entry.

Unauthorized duplication or resale of a Season Pass is prohibited.

Event Admission

Entry is subject to event capacity and management discretion.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission (with a refund of the ticket price) or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed objectionable. In such cases, the ticket is canceled and no refund or claims will be honored.

Guests consent to reasonable security checks of person and belongings to ensure compliance with The Rules.

Weather & Operations

The Vancouver Christmas Market is an outdoor event, operating rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.

Event dates and times are subject to change without notice.

Health & Safety

No pets are permitted on site. Certified guide dogs are exempt; please have identification ready.

Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances may be refused entry or removed from the premises.

Liability

Ticket holders acknowledge and assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after entry.

The Vancouver Christmas Market and ShowPass are not responsible for the inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In the event of duplicate tickets, entry may be refused, with the original purchaser refunded the face value only.

Carousel Policy

Children must be at least 2 years old and over 36” tall to ride the carousel.

Refunds will not be issued if a child does not meet these requirements.
