What is Included in Your Ticket: - Unlimited Carousel Rides: Guests of all ages can enjoy unlimited spins on our nostalgic, waterfront Christmas Carousel.
- Santa’s Workshop & Photo Opportunities: Keep an eye out for Santa or one of our special holiday characters throughout the season. You may spot the Grinch, Elsa, Jack Frost, the Polar Bear, the Gingerbread Man, and our beloved mascots, Holly & Jolly around the Market. On Sundays, enjoy free storytelling with Mrs. Claus.
- Live Shows & Entertainment: Entertainment is built in throughout your visit: the Prost Show at 7pm, and Snow Showers every 30 minutes.

Outside alcohol isn't permitted, but there's plenty inside: Glühwein, Spiked Apple Cider, Feuerzangenbowle, and traditional Bavarian beers. Two forms of ID are required for alcohol purchases — one government-issued photo ID, plus a second like a credit card. Pre-packaged alcohol is available for purchase but can't be consumed on-site.
Time slots help manage capacity so every visit feels spacious, not crowded. When you book online, you'll choose a 30-minute arrival window for your chosen date. Arrive within that window for smooth entry — once you're in, stay as long as you'd like. If you miss your window by a few minutes, just join the line for the next available slot, capacity permitting.
Weekday evenings from 4pm on, and all day Friday through Sunday, tend to be busiest — especially the final week before Christmas. For a quieter visit, come earlier in the season and choose an early time slot.
Yes, though booking ahead has real advantages: you lock in your preferred time slot, get early-bird rates instead of Day-Of pricing, and skip the Box Office line. Weekend slots can sell out — if a slot shows "Sold Out" online, it won't be available at the gate either, so it's worth checking availability before you head over.
