Haxen Haus


Schweinshaxe is a large pork shank, roasted on a special rotisserie until it’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Popular during Octoberfest, these Bavarian-style pork hocks are perfect anytime you want something traditionally German and wonderfully delicious!

Eve Adnan and Donna Evren, the owners of YUMMY FOODIES, brought this traditional dish to Canada when they immigrated in 2010, and have been very successful ever since.
