RENT THE MARKET for your company Christmas Party!
In 2012 we will give corporate groups the exclusive opportunity to host their private Christmas party at one of the most unique staff party venues in Vancouver - the Vancouver Christmas Market. If you send us a group request for over 300 persons, we will extend our opening hours especially for you.

For smaller groups you can still enjoy the spectacular and festive set-up of the Vancouver Christmas Market by booking our exclusive VIP Christmas Experience Tickets.
VIP Christmas Experience Tickets are available for groups of 20 persons or more: CAD 30.00 per person (retail value of $50). Tickets include the following benefits:
- Free admission on weekdays and weekends, anytime of the day
- Guests enter through VIP lane without line-up
- Guests can return as many times as they want during their stay
- The VIP Christmas Experience also includes:
- One mulled wine
- One Vancouver Christmas Market souvenir mug
- One standard food item
- Voucher for 3 carousel rides
- Voucher for a standard gift item
If you prefer to have a private function with a seated dinner you can directly reserve one of the salons or the foyer at the QE theatre. Information regarding capacities and prices are found on the City of Vancouver website. We would refer you to Peake of Catering for the food & beverage service in these spaces.
With your catering/space booking and by registering with us as well, you will receive complimentary admission for you and your group to add an authentic German Christmas experience to your event.
The Vancouver Christmas Market will be open daily from 11am to 9pm from November 24th to December 24th and would be happy to welcome you and your guests before or after your function.

This year the market will have a marvelous tall Christmas Tree with fairy lights which creates a unique Christmas atmosphere surrounded by dozens traditional wooden booths, performance stages and festive decorations.

Christmas markets are a delightful way to begin holiday festivities. The crisp, cold air fills with the fragrance of sizzling sausages, sweet pastries, spices and hot spiced gluhwein. Booths sell sweet treats, such as chocolates, cakes, pastries, cookies and candies. Music of Christmas fills the air, in preparation for Christmas.
